If aerial classes aren’t quite your thing, or you have been eager to learn how to dance or find a great yoga class, ROC City Circus in Rochester, NY, is the perfect place for you. Everyone is welcome! No prior experience is necessary, as we have classes for all levels of experience and fitness.

Dance Class

Cue the music! Let’s get to moving those hips and taping those feet! We offer adult Jazz/Lyrical dance, adult Tap dance, and adult Broadway Jazz dance classes for those looking to learn and those already experienced. Dance is a great way to exercise and have fun in the process. After a couple of classes with our dance teachers, you are sure to impress your family and friends with your new moves!

Bungee Fitness

Get ready for a low impact workout for all types of fitness levels. Utilizing a harness attached to a bungee, you will bounce, dive, and fly your way through a fun-filled workout.

Acro Classes

Acro or Acro Yoga is a physical practice which combines Yoga and Acrobatics. It includes all types of partner and group Acrobatics in which at least someone is lifted. It also draws on traditions of Circus Arts, Cheerleading, and Dance Acro. We offer an open practice time as well as a weekly beginner and intermediate class.

Stretch and Flexibility

Flexibility is defined as the quality of bending without breaking. It useful and necessary for everyday life as well as Circus training. Join us for active stretching to improve your range of motion.

Yoga is one of the greatest exercises for your mind, body, and soul. We offer both ground and Aerial Yoga Classes at ROC City Circus in Rochester, NY. For both beginners and those that are experienced, you will find that our facility is a safe space to learn and continue to grow.

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a dance fitness party atmosphere. Join our instructor on the Little Top dance floor for this fun interval-style, calorie-burning party.

Cyr Wheel

The Cyr Wheel is a giant acrobatic apparatus that consists of a single large ring or hoop. The student learns to manipulate it and eventually spins inside the wheel for the ultimate Cyr Wheel experience.
